Making a booking
When you book an appointment at NINEH we do need to collect a small amount of information about you. We will typically ask for your full name, email address, telephone number and billing address. We will use these to confirm your booking and process your payment.
Your booking information will be stored in our online booking system for the purposes of managing your appointment, it will also be stored in the personal calendars of the therapist you are meeting. Please be assured that we will not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
We download and store booking information to our business document storage account and it will be deleted after 7 years to comply with our statutory obligations for the retention and reporting of income and expenditure to for the purpose of tax accounting.
Our booking form is hosted by Microsoft on their servers and is attached to the Office 365 business account for The Hysterectomy Association.
We do not record or store any personal payment information from credit or debit cards used to make purchases on our website. This information is stored by the third-party system we use to process payments, specifically these are:
From time to time we host research surveys on our website. Although the core data collected is not personally identifiable, if you choose to add your email address for more information we will be able to identify you from the information you supply. We download all research data from our website on a quarterly basis. This information is then removed from our website and is only accessible within our private company document storage accounts.
We collect your name and personal email address when you sign up to our mailing list. We use that information to tell you about events we are hosting, send you our newsletter, share information we’ve published on our website or tell you about new services.
